- You can return or exchange any undamaged product for any reason within 90 days of receiving it. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and includes all accessories and packaging.

- For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be rejected.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will begin immediately. For non-quality related returns, only the product cost will be refunded, and the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.
5. Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered under the warranty:

6. Shipping Responsibility
- If you use a prepaid shipping label provided by Anwike, we take responsibility for any damage or loss during transit.
- For non-quality related returns where the buyer arranges shipping, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss during transit. Anwike does not provide refunds for items damaged during shipping in these cases.
